• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Unfortunately, not at this time! We have to figure out how to do it properly and with care for our international buyers.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic orders in the US take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. We unfortunately do not ship internationally at this time.

• Are your products pet-safe?

  We cannot confirm whether our products are pet-safe at this time. What we can tell you is that our products are made with polyester fibers, but are unsure of what kind and whether it is non-toxic or not.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
